Sales Return Policy

  • Return/exchange must be within 30 days from date of purchase
  • 20% restocking fee applies for items not returned in original packaging
  • Original invoices are required for returns/exchanges to be accepted
  • Items with physical damage will not be accepted for return/exchange
  • Software can only be returned/exchanged if unopened
  • Liability is limited to the value on the invoice

  • Sage Technologies shall not be held liable as a result of data loss. Please backup ALL data before submitting hardware for service. A 20% restocking fee is charged on special order items and returned merchandise. Items not picked up within 60 days of being contacted will be sold to recoup costs.
